Teacher Preparation programs |
| Houston
Community College System offers two associate degree programs in teacher
preparation. These programs prepare students who want to enroll at a
four-year university education program. Both programs are designed to
introduce students to the teaching profession. They provide a
running start toward requirements of a four-year university and show
essential strategies for effective teaching.
Early Childhood Education: Pre-K through 4th Grade Mid-Grade Education: 4th through 8th Grade
